Alex was a life saver. My dog had an accident on my son’s carpet and I didn’t want to push the stain deeper into the carpet! He squeezed me in the next morning and completely removed the stain. He was fast, easy to work with, competitive pricing and genuinely nice. I am SO happy to have used him, and now have his business card saved. We have 3 kids and a cloth couch, not the best idea I admit. But we had the Elevation Steam cleaning team come and clean our couches and rug, and everything looks brand new. Highly recommend them. They were on time, and you can't beat their price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
