Martin called within 10 minutes of the posting of my project. He was direct and quoted a fair price. I gave him the job. He had his man at my house within an hour of hanging up the phone. The worker was polite and detailed. He cleaned up after himself. There was no quibble or bait and switch with the bill. They charged what they quoted. I'm confident they cleared the clog issue but it has to pass the test of time. The great thing about that Thumbtack warrantees their work. Would I call them again? YES 100%. Update - The Mettle of a company. After the first cleaning the drain was gurgling and backed up inside of 2 weeks. The young man tried but he did not completely clear the line. I called Martin, it was Sunday. He was on a job but came after. The clog was beyond the 75 feet of his snake. It was after 5:00 . He said he needed his high pressure equipement. He left and said he would be back by 8:30 Monday morning with the pressue cutter that went to 250 ft. He came as promised and with the better equipment cleared the line. I am 81 years and have found the way to judge a company is when things don't go as planed. How reponsive are they; do they stand behind their work. Martin came out on Sunday and back on Monday morning. To do what his young worker failed to do and he did not ask for anything more. He displayed character and integrity and for sure he will be my go to guy for plumbing problems. So it you want someone who stands behind their work; it is Martin.

Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and since this was the first time this has happened to us we weren’t sure what to do. We tried using draino and a snake but neither worked.
