I would've chose all 5: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality. I had two broken attic vent covers and parts were out of stock in surrounding stores. He installed temporary covers and didn't charge for parts. He repaired the furnace condensation line, in and outside the house. Also had some holes in a bathroom wall from old fixtures, he spackled and sanded. Will call again.
