- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing and services. To secure the date and time of your event, a deposit is required. All of my pricing includes fees and taxes, so there are no hidden costs. I’m also flexible and can work with most budgets to create a tailored experience that suits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The service quality remains exceptional for both new and recurring clients, ensuring consistency and quality for everyone, top-tier experience for all from the very beginning to the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license Food Handler. I also attending Cornell University, receiving a certification in the Entrepreneurs Program.
