I contacted Josh b/c I had an emergency situation. There were yellow jackets coming out through a crack in the ceiling of a closet. So many that I couldn’t open the door without a bunch of them flying out. I sent a message through the app on Friday. He came by on Saturday at noon , problem solved!! He was punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

I was so pleased with the service! I found this number and called because I thought that lantern flies were infesting our trees (two of our trees died this summer) and because we were fighting with the lantern bugs on one of our trees last year, I assumed that it was them who killed our trees. However, Joshua took his time to explain to me that this was not lantern flies but most likely the disease that killed the trees, and recommended to call tree specialists to save the rest of the trees. I must say that I was impressed how professional, knowledgeable and honest he is, and he gave the consultation completely free. :) I am surely going to use his service whenever we get any pest problems! I definitely recommend his service!
