- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer highly tailored solutions to pest problems, so the prices of many of our services are situationally dependent. However, inspections are always free, there is no obligation, and you'll never pay for us to simply show up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide a free preliminary inspection to determine the scope of the issue. We then create a proposal and if accepted, we schedule the work. Everything we do is meant to make the process simple and easy for our customers so they can go back to enjoying their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians receive classroom instruction required by the NJ Dept of Environmental Protection, as well as 120 hours of supervised on the job training. Every technician is licensed, or registered to work with a licensed technician.
