- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes many factors that sometimes can not be provided over the phone and must be physically inspected by our project manager to provide an "Accurate" estimate to customers. We are not a company that quotes a customer and then on the day of job, advises the customer it will cost more after inspecting. We are honest and want to provide customers with most accurate pricing possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of our process includes a phone consultation to get acquainted with the details of your project. We will then schedule an appointment to inspect the scope of work. Our project manager will take measurements, specification notes, and pictures of the job site. A formal project estimate will be created and provided for your approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have 10+ years experience. Every employee has underwent extensive hands on training and has proven outstanding craftsmanship on multiple jobs of various sizes. At the end of every job, and if necessary every stage, our project manager will walk through the job site with you to ensure that the project was complete to your liking. Any questions/concerns/adjustments are addressed immediately
