- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its very hard for me to give an exact price with out seeing the project first. Through my experience, I have learned to look first to ensure no surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is of value to me and my company. I promise to treat every customer with the same respect and honesty that I would like to receive. I'll be in the plumbing business for the rest of my life and still retain most of my clients since I started almost 10 years ago. You can always expect myself at your project, to insure a job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my own business over ten years ago, but have been in the field most of my life. I come from a family of licenced plumbers, therefore there is no problem I couldn't fix for you.
