- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my proposal, there is an expiration date for the price and the reason is that the prices of the materials are constantly changing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the new customer by text or e-mail, followed by a phone call to set up an appointment. I will see in person the project and write a proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 23+years of experience. I am a problem solver in repairing Structural Engineering and Foundations. I love challenging projects.
