It’s rare to find a company so committed to respecting their clients’ schedules. Their efficiency didn’t come at the expense of quality, either—every detail was attended to with care and precision.
The cracks I had in my foundation, interior boiler room plus my basement door entrance now look flawless, with the sealing work not only enhancing the appearance but also ensuring durability for years to come. I would 100% recommend KAA for any waterproofing project in your home. My basement was getting water so I called the company who installed my sump pump 15 years ago but they did not fix the problem and left me hanging. I found Bledar who came right away, inspected the outside foundation & inside walls in my basement and explained to me what he would do to fix my water issues. His estimate was affordable and fair. I am so pleased that I chose Bledar. His workers are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean and hard workers. From repairing cracks in the foundation, waterproofing and painting the outside to taking the sheetrock down, cementing/repairing, waterproofing the inside basement walls then installing and painting new sheetrock, Bledar and KAA is the company who does the right thing, is honest and affordable, important in todays world of crooks and scams, I should know as I was a victim of an unscrupulous waterproofing co. Thankfully KAA fixed the screwups and my basement is nice and dry! Bledar goes above and beyond to make things right and you just know he is honest and dependable and open to any questions or concerns you may have. KAA Waterproofing did a great job with my basement. My unfinished basement concrete pad was almost nonexistent, and water would come up from the ground during heavy rain. Blehar response was fast. He listened and inspected. He provided a clear solution and completed the job perfectly. It's been over a month, a few heavy thunderstorms, but no flooding in the basement. Added bonus the basement looks much better. Thanks, Blehar and team.
