I would 100% recommend KAA for any waterproofing project in your home. My basement was getting water so I called the company who installed my sump pump 15 years ago but they did not fix the problem and left me hanging. I found Bledar who came right away, inspected the outside foundation & inside walls in my basement and explained to me what he would do to fix my water issues. His estimate was affordable and fair. I am so pleased that I chose Bledar. His workers are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean and hard workers. From repairing cracks in the foundation, waterproofing and painting the outside to taking the sheetrock down, cementing/repairing, waterproofing the inside basement walls then installing and painting new sheetrock, Bledar and KAA is the company who does the right thing, is honest and affordable, important in todays world of crooks and scams, I should know as I was a victim of an unscrupulous waterproofing co. Thankfully KAA fixed the screwups and my basement is nice and dry! Bledar goes above and beyond to make things right and you just know he is honest and dependable and open to any questions or concerns you may have. From the first meeting, Bledar was exceedingly professional and recommended solutions to waterproof vulnerable areas of my foundation. He provided prompt and reasonable estimates and completed two jobs in just a few days. Just a pleasure to work with. He sent me updated photos along the way as I was working and kept me up to date every step of the way. I only hired him for a short process but the KAA team was in and out in the estimated time he provided.
The final test is just to wait until it rains but I have no doubt we won’t see any water. Would hire again to fix additional cracks in foundation, especially from the earthquake we had a few months ago.
