Eduardo Manito arrived on time for all aspects of my reroofing job; he guaranteed his work, had 20 years in the business and was very knowledgeable about the serious leaking I had. He told me that the second course of Timberline shingles had been improperly installed resulting in very wet underlayment, which was rotting in some places. My roof was 38 years old. His crew of 6 men replaced 20 sheets of underlayment with new plywood, installed the 27squares of new roof after removing both courses of old shingles in one day.They replaced all flashing and installed it correctly. They cleaned up the yard and answered all my questions, were always PROFESSIONAL, and gave me a very good price for the job. (They beat all their competitors pricing) I called 5 references of five recent jobs they did and all praised their work. I really had no complaints and I will use them again when I do my siding. Eduardo is a good guy and provided an estimate on the spot unlike other companies I had contacted who never bothered to return a call. His employees arrived on time each day & worked very hard with barely any down time so they completed the job quickly. It helps to speak a bit of Spanish if you want to be able to talk with the guys during the project but Eduardo was available via phone or text with any concerns I had. I would definitely hire Guaman again for future projects. Also, they have experience with Hardie Siding which is an expensive and harder product to work with generally speaking. My project included Hardie, soffit and fascia... Thank you, Eduardo!

We had a very positive experience with Guaman Construction installing our new roof. Their quote was lower than all the others received and they actually had better reviews than the others as well. The crew was early on the first day (not too early about 30 minutes) and were prompt and ready to go both days. They were respectful of the property and my dogs and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. I've heard horror stories about roofing nails being left behind but they actually took a big magnet throughout the entire property to clean up. A+

What a wonderful and honest person. He could have said the job was bigger than what it was, but he was honest and fixed it right away.
