Alberto is a true gem! Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year (that’s always the case!) and he showed up on time with a smile. After a quick diagnostic, he immediately fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable rate. Professional, punctual and so kind! He will be doing additional work for us and I will tell all my friends about him. After 35 years in manhattan, I am so lucky to have finally found someone trustworthy and dependable.
