FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard prices for some jobs. We can usually give a price quote for these jobs over the phone. However, many times we need to send a technician to see exactly what is needed before we can provide them with an accurate price. We are happy to provide all our customers with a free estimate and to also offer them several options on what can be done, if possible, in order to help them stay within their budgets! We also explain to our customers the work that we will perform in detail, answering any questions that they may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love dealing with new customers! We try to make them feel at ease and listen carefully to what they need and offer different options to help save them money. We pride ourselves for punctuality when it comes to being on time for appointments for both estimates and jobs. If something should happen that will delay our technician from arriving on time we always call to inform our customers of the delay. Communication is our strong point with all our customers! We deal with both new and repeat customers as if they are part of our family. We like to reward our customers for their loyalty and "word of mouth" referrals by giving them a price break whenever we can. We are very "old school" when it comes to treating people with respect and common curtesy because it is important to us - whether we get the job or not! We are hard working, honest and fair and we guarantee, if given the chance, you will love our company. Our goal is to provide both excellent service and customer satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire honest, experienced and highly qualified people to do our jobs. We have employees with both HVACR and Plumbing licenses. We also have a Home Improvement License. In addition, one of the owners of our company has a degree in Electrical Engineeing with 25 years experience.
