Mohammed was excellent to work with. He installed our bar cabinets and had to make on-site custom adjustments to make a dishwasher drawer fit. He also installed stacked upper cabinets in our kitchen which involved custom notching around an existing beam. They are now seamless with the adjacent existing cabinets. We also had him build a custom drop-zone/locker/mudroom cabinet. It is absolutely stunning. He also installed floating shelves and added beautiful brackets to stabilize them. He also built custom doors to storage nooks througout our apartment. Can't recommend him enough! There isn't anything he can't do!

Mr. Mohammed installed cabinets in my kitchen. He took his time very meticulous, neat and efficient. Came on time and if he was let he would keep in contact . Cleaned as he worked which is always a great help. Gave a fair price and always asked to take a look at everything after he was done.

I was looking for a handyman/Cabinet installer to move 5-6 Medical base and wall cabinets from the old office to the new office. I got response from few contractors include Mohammad from the Star General Contracting. On our first call, Mohammad sounded very reasonable and requested that he sees the cabinets, old office and the new office to provide an estimation. We met at the office and discussed about his background, profession and the type of other work he does. I found out that he is a professional cabinet maker and was very genuine. So I decided to offer him additional work such new cabinet fabrication and installation for office kitchen and vaccine area, Countertop installation, Medical assistant desk and file cabinet installation and Chair rail moldings in all the waiting areas and exam rooms. He did not disappoint me at all. His work was top class and very flexible with my requirement changes. He understood that I very meticulous about the finish and paid attention to every details. I am super glad that I hired him. He was very patient with all the changes I was making and delivered everything the way I wanted. Generally contractors get impatient and frustrated if you ask them to do anything outside the scope, Mohammad as not. He completed the work in three phases to fit my moving schedule. Started the work on January 3rd and completed the final work two weeks after I moved into the office on Feb 24th. Everything went as per the plan and it was mainly due to Mohammad's commitment to work and punctuality. If there is something he can improve upon, it is his hasty estimation process. Since I am a program manager by profession, I helped him with the estimation and scheduling and it worked out very well. His prices are very reasonable. Check out the pictures. To challenge him with more complex work, I am planning to hire to finish my basement when time comes and already started referring to my friends circle. He deserves a larger project and I am sure he will live up to the expectations. Hire him with no hesitation. Great guy to work with. Please disregard one bad customer's review.

I highly recommend Mr. Mohammed for cabinets installation. I call Mr. Mohammed 2 weeks prior to the start of the job in hopes to get an estimate. Based on our conversation, Mr. Mohammed informed me that my kitchen could get its much needed update as soon as in two weeks. This definitely moved my timeline up. Mr. Mohammed came in and gave his estimate, assure my husband and myself that it could be done in a week. He recommended a wonderful countertop company for us to contact and within a week I had a new kitchen. To sum it up, Mr. Mohammed is definitely the person to hire, he is a professional, communicative, punctual and an all round kind individual. I'm happy to say that we are happy with the install and quality of the cabinets. The pictures does not do it justice.

I hired Mohammad to create a display case for me in an unusual shape to fit a certain space in my house. From the beginning, Mohammad displayed professionalism, respect and courtesy in his work and I could see first hand how dedicated he was to his craft. He took some time to build my project and even delivered it earlier than expected. Needless to say, the cabinet looked beautiful and well crafted. If I was to get this anywhere else, it would cost me a fortune and would not have the same level of build quality as the one Mohammad created for me. To anyone reading this, I 100% recommend him for any carpentry work you may have. He will certainly deliver and show you the pride of his work. 10/10
