- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
usually pricing goes service fee plus parts and labor. technician will always give you a full all in estimate before they proceed with any repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we make sure we can help you before we come out we determine distance, model of unit, and issue you are having to try our best to fix it the first time we come out but unfortunately that's not always possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
electrical systems, several years in training for miele & LG and more than 10 years on the job experience which is priceless experience in this line of work.
