- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Home Exterior business has operated in Florham Park/Chatham for 80 years. I am the 3rd Generation in the family to run the business and have grown the company from a small Mom & Pop type shop to a real company. We use all the latest technology to gather job notes through Photographs, 3D Models for measurements, GPS Tracking in Trucks & Digital Time Records for job costing and a custom pricing model to quickly provide accurate estimates for every project. This has all been developed under the guidance of our CFO Nick Beyer who is a CPA. All expense line items have been reviewed and justified. Our goal as a company is to guide everyone that reaches out to us through all the information that they need to make the right decision for their Home Exterior project. As Professionals in the contracting business we know we are not always the right fit for every client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up and appointment that works for you with one of our assessors, they will come up with a plan on site and review with you. From there a quote is presented within 24-48 hours along with a detailed explanation as well as photos to go along with the proposal.

80+ years in the community with our own employees trained by Jonathan Novalis.
