- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical Process for working with a customer is building trust, whether a client just needs information or a company that is going to direct them in the best way to accomplish their landscape project both with outcome and economically we are here for them. We firmly believe in face to face meetings on site to get the best feel for how the landscape should look and the expectation of our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been in the industry since the mid 90's, So I was taught the industry by some great business owners and mentors throughout my career leading up until I started my business. I do stay current with all the industry changes and attend many classes through the year that focus on plants, pavers, equipment and the changing environments. Our designers have all been though at least 4 years of higher education focusing on landscape design and install.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry like many others, in high school I started mowing lawns in the summer for a company and year after year I returned. Not only was the pay ok for a teamster but it kept me in shape for school sports and honestly I just fell in love with the work, the clients and the over all industry. The instant gratification of making the the properties look amazing each week really took to me and I haven’t looked back!
