- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax returns are always difficult to quote over the phone because I never can tell what's involved without seeing the prior tax return. Most clients believe their taxes are simple, but most range in the medium to complex range and therefore require more time on my part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation over the phone. I meet with my clients at their home or office. We can also work virtually over the internet where we can exchange documents through the portal on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPAS are required to take 120 credits (hours) every 3 years including Ethics.
