Marvin was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Our floors were in really bad shape and most likely the original floor from when our condo was built (60s). There was water damage that he removed and it blends in really well. We still has carpeting in one closet and they removed that too like it was never there. I showed Marvin some red floor colors I liked and he showed me the red mahogany and rosewood. The red mahogany is beautiful and we can’t believe it’s the same floor. Thank you!

Marvin and his crew did a stunning job removing existing carpet, sanding, staining and coating my existing hardwood floor including damaged baseboard repair, shoe moulding installation and all the waste removal.
