The entire project of removing bedroom carpeting to sanding and sealing the hardwood floor was handled in the utmost professional manner. Marvin and his team showed up right on time and set to work immediately. They provided answers to all or concerns throughout the project. Final result exceeded our expectations. We have Marvin scheduled to do a second room.

Marvin was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Our floors were in really bad shape and most likely the original floor from when our condo was built (60s). There was water damage that he removed and it blends in really well. We still has carpeting in one closet and they removed that too like it was never there. I showed Marvin some red floor colors I liked and he showed me the red mahogany and rosewood. The red mahogany is beautiful and we can’t believe it’s the same floor. Thank you!
