Brian Stevens was so knowledgeable and helpful as I decided on what I wanted to replace my bathroom sink, replace the faucet and shower head, and paint my bathroom. He listened well, and managed the various pieces of this project professionally and patiently. He directed me to business sources he trusts, was respectful of my budget and decorating taste, and was great to work with. The faucet and sink installation are perfect! I highly recommend Brian for home renovation projects.

Brian did a bunch of home renovation items for us. He fixed the external doors, installed thresholds, did some electrical work and other miscellaneous items. He was Punctual. Professional. High standard of work.

Brian abandoned our project leaving us with a huge mess and unfinished work. We hired him to install a stone facade on our fireplace. He left mortar all over the stones and then refused to come back and finish the job. This left us with a ton of clean up and work to fix his errors. On top of abandoning the project, Brian was unprofessional throughout the process. He regularly showed up hours late with zero communication and on a few occasions did not even show up. This was a huge headache to schedule around and cost us time and money to plan around his miscommunication. I do not recommend William Lloyd Construction for any project.
