- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are carefully strategized to cover our Gas expenses, disposal expenses, etc.... We give our customers fair prices as we strive to create a customer base who’d request our services for A job well-done rather than being the cheapest around. If a customer needs to reschedule last minute, (6 hours before scheduled time) there will be a a fee of $20-$50 depending on the distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the customer. I will ask them where the service is needed. I will observe the area, Then, provide the customer with a brief description of how long the job will take. Then, we discuss prices and payment after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction field and I’ve worked different fields, many in which we're in need of labor and junk removal services. I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of multiple businesses. I’m always happy to service those in and outside of my community.
