- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies a lot depending on the issue. However, if you're a homeowner looking for a good package deal, then ask me about the Residential Protection Plan. It provides year-round coverage for ants, mice, wasps, and other general crawling insect pests at a discounted rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time a phone conversation is all that's needed prior to the first service. Some jobs, such as most rat jobs, will require an in-person inspection prior to being able to give a quote. For these inspections I charge a $55 fee, but if you use me for the service then that inspection fee is taken off the service fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in pest control since 2014. I've dealt with all of the major pests hundreds, if not thousands, of times! I attend training classes and events as often as I can to keep up with the new developments in the industry.
