Our experience has been wonderful! We had an additional bedroom added and new stairs put in. Paul and his team reviewed all the tasks, questions and recommendations with us. They were exceptionally thorough, especially with the end of project touch ups, quality and questions. I would highly recommend!!

Without a doubt the best decision I’ve made regarding a wheelchair ramp! TSH was very responsive and evaluated my options before suggesting what would be best. TSH rapid response due to my disability and necessity for a wheelchair ramp was impressive! The crew did demolition, erection and cleaning in one day! Just a fantastic job! Paul, Jose and the crew from The Smart House literally changed my life! I’m a disabled person who recently was unable to leave or enter my house. I was a prisoner in my own home. Paul from TSH arrived within 24 hours and evaluated my situation. He devised a plan, a solution to immediately resolve my problem. The following day THS arrived, built a wheelchair ramp so I can leave and enter my residence. Paul, Jose and the THS crew knocked out the ramp with a finished railing within one day in absolutely brutal weather conditions, 90F+ without any complaints! The ramp will stand whenever the house falls, it’s built that well! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, Jose and the crew with THS! Y’all are a blessing to have helped those in a desperate situations! I can only imagine the other wonderful projects that you have created when not being in a hurry! Kudos to y’all! I’ll have you on my list of those to trust when you need a job done and done right!
