Our experience has been wonderful! We had an additional bedroom added and new stairs put in. Paul and his team reviewed all the tasks, questions and recommendations with us. Without a doubt the best decision I’ve made regarding a wheelchair ramp! TSH was very responsive and evaluated my options before suggesting what would be best. TSH rapid response due to my disability and necessity for a wheelchair ramp was impressive! The crew did demolition, erection and cleaning in one day! Just a fantastic job! Paul, Jose and the crew from The Smart House literally changed my life! I’m a disabled person who recently was unable to leave or enter my house. I was a prisoner in my own home. Paul from TSH arrived within 24 hours and evaluated my situation. He devised a plan, a solution to immediately resolve my problem. The following day THS arrived, built a wheelchair ramp so I can leave and enter my residence. Paul, Jose and the THS crew knocked out the ramp with a finished railing within one day in absolutely brutal weather conditions, 90F+ without any complaints! The ramp will stand whenever the house falls, it’s built that well! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, Jose and the crew with THS! Y’all are a blessing to have helped those in a desperate situations! I can only imagine the other wonderful projects that you have created when not being in a hurry! Kudos to y’all! I’ll have you on my list of those to trust when you need a job done and done right!
