Renee did an incredible job on my custom project. She responded to me quickly, described in detail her approach and produced an amazing quality piece of art that blended an unsightly TV mount seamlessly into my stone fire place. We, and all who see it, are blown away. Renee is amazing!

Renee is an incredibly talented artist. Our birdhouse/flower garden mural is the first thing you see when you enter out kitchen, and it's a wonderful "welcome wall" for our guests. I would highly recommend Renee for all your projects.

I am the Director of a daycare in Salem, MA. We had someone who would do a scene on our front doors of the daycare each season. Unfortunately she could no longer do it. So my search began on the internet to find someone else. I came across Renee's page on Thumbtack. I really liked her artwork, so I sent her a message, not sure if she would be interested in what I was proposing for her to do, also considering the distance she would have to travel to do the front windows. She came and met with us, and took on the job. It has now been well over a year, and she is still doing work for us. She has painted the entire daycare. She has done murals, different wall scenes, even a huge apple tree in my office. Renee is the nicest person. No matter what we ask her to do, she does it, and her work is absolutely beautiful. You could say we hit the jackpot when I found her. We get so many compliments on her work. Someone came in yesterday and said the artwork looked almost 3D. They loved it. Everyone asks who did the artwork, and I always tell them Renee. She is very sweet. She always comes when she says she will. She cleans up everything. And her prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for someone to do a mural or some kind or artwork on a wall or something, I 100% recommend Renee Schneider. She is the best!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is roughly based on $15-$20 per square foot but it really depends on the details of each individual job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer on the phone to get a good feeling of what they are looking for. Then I draw/paint a scale model of the design. Once we are agreed on the design, I can get started, bringing all my own suplies, drop cloths etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been creating art all of my life. I have a BFA in graphic art and a masters in creative arts and learning. I opened my studio in 2007 so I could begin teaching art lessons and work full time on perfecting my fine art.
