This was my first experience with Aire Serve and I was very impressed with their customer service with each encounter I had with them. They were polite, empathetic, professional, and above all else they provided phenomenal service through the entire process; from initial contact by the owner, scheduling, service, and even a follow up call by the technician for a question I had after the service had been performed.
The technician, Heather, was very knowledgeable, friendly, diagnosed my problem quickly, and even troubleshot past the first problem to make sure that the issue was singular and not caused by multiple things.
She offered me a few solutions and since the problem was caused by a 3rd party contractor, instead of pressuring me to simply fix the problem, she provided me with the information I needed to confidently contact the contractor to get the issue resolved.
Unfortunately, the contractor chose to go with another service provider.
Fortunately, I have found my new "go to" hvac company for my future hvac needs.
There estimate was a little on the high side; however, I would have felt confident in hiring then myself.
