- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a hands-on approach with each client. Our process starts with an initial consultation to understand your needs, followed by a custom-tailored proposal detailing the shoot's scope and pricing. Upon acceptance, we commence the pre-production phase, which involves detailed planning and a pre-production meeting 1-2 weeks prior to your shoot day. On the shoot day, our team arrives early to prepare and follows a pre-developed shotlist. Post-production includes editing and delivery, with turnaround times typically within a few weeks. We ensure client satisfaction with optional revisions and a final check-in.
