I was told by other contractors that our sunroom might be sinking and that I should get a structural engineer to look at it. Terry came out, took a look, and said everything was fine. This might be the first time someone didn't attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I really appreciated the honesty and would highly recommend him!

A large tree fell on the rear of our house causing a great deal of visible exterior damage. There was also damage to the interior including a significant crack from floor to ceiling. We needed a structural engineer and called ASPIRE. Terry C. Was great. He performed a very thorough inspection of the structural damage and accessed that several truss, the rear wall and partial side wall should be replaced due to the damage. Terry was quick to respond, professional, easy to communicate with and diligent in his inspection and report
