- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We schedule a walkthrough with new customers and then send them a quote in email. We think it's important to meet the customer and see exactly what their needs are so we can know how to help them and to quote accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we prefer to do a walkthrough of the property before we come do our first clean. After a walkthrough we will send you a quote soon after. in some cases we will do remote quoting by giving you a questionnaire to fill out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 2 years of experience with cleaning.
