- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is a percentage of income. This covers all services we provide. In addition our clients benefit from our long time relationships with service providers for repairs, we do not receive or charge a fee, we pass these savings through to owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we listen. Every client has their own ‘why’ they’re looking for property management services. Once we establish that teaming with us will meet your goals, we work on the plan. Touring the property or properties, assisting in setting pricing, maintenance plan and preparing a communication method. It is not a cookie cutter one plan fits all, the start up process is key for future success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is not only a requirement for licensing, it is necessary to stay on top of the law changes and nuances in the industry. Following economic trends, housing laws and other issues that directly impact real estate investing is necessary.
