FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on which service line the customer is needing. Our standard price for a mold inspection is $150. If we perform the necessary remediation work, we will credit the $150 inspection fee back to the customer. Standard pricing for residential air duct cleaning is $30 per supply or return branch line, $95 per system and $85 per system to fog the air ducts with an anti-microbial disinfectant agent. This is only performed at the customer's request. Dryer vent cleaning are based on termination points. If the exits ground level with the dryer, it's a standard charge of $150. If the vent exits overhead, say through the soffit on the first level which requires working from a step ladder, the charge is $185. If the dryer vent terminates through the roof or side of the house where working off an extension ladder is required, the charge is $220. Mold removal estimates are provided on a case by case basis. No two jobs are the same. The same goes for emergency water clean-up. Depending on whether the customer is filing an insurance claim or not dictates the type of pricing structure used. Most of these type jobs cannot be estimated on the front end, as layers of water damaged building materials are only uncovered as these materials are removed. The objective is to mitigate the water damage, dry quickly to minimize additional damage and eliminate mold growth potential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our office staff has established the service need required, one of our professional inspectors or estimators will come to your home or business and assess any damages or cleaning procedure required. Most residential air duct duct cleaning customers can be provided an estimate over the phone. Once our service professionals have assessed your needs, an inspection report or estimate will be provided as quickly as possible. Sometimes depending on the service required, time is of the essence.
