Not only was i pleased with the affordability, but the timely manner in which I received a response was impressive. The fact that someone came out and looked and the job at hand in order to give me a price ahead of time and the price was set, made the whole process easier and more predictable. They are very patient in explaining what needs to be done in order to achieve the end goal. I was shocked when I was given different choices to complete the job in an affordable manner. Highly recommend. I am in the process of arranging the next step of finishing the project.

I found Travis to be polite and I thought knowable about yardwork. He arrived by 7 :30am with his helper and they continued working until about 5:30. When I went check on the progress I noticed several things that was agreed upon to do was not completed which I brought to his attention and each item that had not been done I was told would cost more money. That is when I handed him a check for the money agreed upon and told him not to come back. That's when he informed me he didn't take checks he only took venmo and one other form of payment which I don't use. It would be nice to know what form of payments up front before they take the job did they take. Older seniors do not use venmo cash app or any of that we write checks so that we can keep track. Needless to say I was not a satisfied customer.
