Our new deck is the talk of the neighborhood. Oscar listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions that customized it to our yard and needs. He created a digital image to show us what the deck would look like, along with a complete materials list, permits needed, breakdown of cost and documents to submit to our HOA for approval. He was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. His crew was punctual and professional. The finished product was even better than we imagined. RTC Restorations is a company that takes pride in their work, from the initial interaction, design, follow up and even cleaning up the job site. The price was competitive with two other companies that gave us a quote, but the experience and final product that RTC Restorations delivered, reinforces that we chose the right company.
