Laura and Andy were great to work with. We needed a toilet installed…. It was a very easy process with Coastal Care Plumbing. The appointment scheduling with Laura, all the way to clean up, was without any hassles… both so friendly and professional. Andy even came out during this last storm we had! Would highly recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.

Andy came over and repaired my mom's sink drain, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and respectful to my mom; just a nice person who also happened to do fantastic plumbing work. Our family will be calling Coastal Care from now on for any plumbing needs, highly recommend!

We had a leak underneath our toilet in the upstairs bathroom. We were very impressed by the professionalism of plumber that was sent. Andy arrived on time and explained what the possible issues could be. He worked efficiently and after removal of the fixture, showed us what was causing the leak. He even took the time to clean up after himself, leaving the area spotless. The toilet has not been leaking since being repaired; however, Andy recommended that we continue to monitor for any leakage and indicated that he would return if there were any further problems. Our entire experience with this plumbing service was entirely stress free from the initial appointment to the completion of the work. I would highly recommend Custom Care Plumbing to anyone in need of a reliable plumbing service and would definitely call them again for any future needs!

We just moved here and working with Andy and Laura have been a life saver!
I recently hired them install a new water heater in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they both demonstrated professionalism.
Not only did Andy expertly install the water heater, but he also took on a few other plumbing projects we urgently needed! Every job was completed with the utmost care and attention to detail.
