I have over 3 decades in the moving industry behind me. I've run my own company for over 30 years in New York and have worked in management for a couple of the larger moving companies here in Charlotte. What I've learned during my time with them is that they are not as interested in providing as high a level of customer service as I have striven to offer my clients throughout my career. Their interest lies squarely in maximizing all charges. How many chargeable bodies can they send out and how many supplies can they charge you for, all while hoping that their employees minimize damages. I have never operated this way. I insist on a very high level of customer service to insure that your experience is something that will want to make you refer us to friends and family who may need the service as well. Dan and his team were great! Scheduling was simple and Dan kept us updated on his arrival time. The job was done professionally and the team took care to make sure doors, walls and railings were protected as furniture was moved upstairs.
