FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Window Nation replacement windows are custom-made, so there’s no “one-price-fits-all” cost to our windows. Your exterior design consultant will discuss pricing at the time of your appointment. Ask us about our current promotions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you inquire about window replacements and installation from Window Nation, our trained call center staff will schedule an appointment for one of our design consultants to visit your home. During this visit, it's important that all homeowners are present. We understand this might be inconvenient for homeowners who have busy schedules. However, choosing replacement windows is a big decision, and we want to make sure all homeowners agree on the windows they’re purchasing. Our replacement windows are custom-made to fit your home, so you can design them however you choose. We offer hundreds of style and color options that can be customized with different add-ons, including interior and exterior capping, grids, and window glass patterns. Next, an appointment will be scheduled for our measurement techs to visit your home to ensure proper measurements for your windows. During that visit, an installation appointment will be scheduled.
