Introduction
My name is Adam Cole. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Nutrition, I am certified ISSA and VIA University Personal Trainer and a certified Kettlebell Coach. I offer in home one-on-one and in home small group training for the Raleigh and Wake Forest area of North Carolina and virtual one-on-one and small group training for the rest of the U.S.A. I provide all of the equipment and bring the fitness right to your door! Everyone’s goals are different which is why that all of my exercise programs are built on an individual basis. You can take comfort in knowing that you will not be provided with a cookie cutter training template. Both virtual and in person clients will have access to the True Coach app which will help me track your progress, give you access to your weekly exercise plan and help you track your nutrition. I want to help you get in the best shape of your life!

I started training with Adam Cole 8 months ago and can say without reservation that he is the best trainer I have ever used in my 63 years! I am in the best shape I have ever been in since my younger days. Adam keeps the workouts "fresh" by using a lot of different exercises-kettlebells, TRX, bands, boxing and more. It is NOT your usual template workouts most trainers do. Adam also listens to your needs and in my case, we concentrated on my core and shoulders in the beginning. Finally, not only will you end up with a great trainer, you must just end up with a good friend! I highly recommend Cole Fitness!

We have been working out with Adam now for three years. The last year has been virtual workouts. This has been amazing with a toddler and hectic work schedule. Adam helped us find reasonable priced equipment and we work out from home for 30 minutes during our lunch hour twice a week. Adam’s work outs are quick and effective and he is able to show us new exercises and can see us to make sure we are doing exercises correctly. Not only is Adam a fantastic trainer he is also a great person.

Adam is amazing! He really gets to know his clients and helps them tailor a plan that will let them reach their goals. Having been a client for over 5 years, I can say that he is a trainer that takes his clients' needs to heart. I started with him to gain weight (I had been under weights my entire life). He helped me work to increase my mass and to have me overall physically fit. We did multiple competitions (Kettlebells, Powerlifting, and obstacle course races) together and helped me reach a peak physical condition. I would highly recommend him.

Cole Fitness is great. My wife and I have been working out with Adam for over 3 years now. He is great at catering to what you need. We've done private lessons, group lessons and over the past year, virtual lessons. Adam is great at teaching you new exercises and discussing diet plans if you're interested. He is also great at working with different clients at their own pace. I would highly recommend giving Cole Fitness a try if you're interested in private or group lessons with a professional trainer.

Adam is extremely knowledgeable about fitness & nutrition and an excellent personal trainer. I had a great experience with him. My overall strength, balance, and cardio fitness benefited from his training and instruction. I highly recommend him!
