- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a free consultation to assess your needs and walk you through the best solutions—no pressure, no hidden fees. From there, pricing is based on labor, parts, and materials, with some additional fees possibly applying depending on the scope or complexity of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with new customers, taking the time to thoroughly explain and educate them on a variety of projects—from general maintenance and security systems to camera setups and plumbing fixtures like sink faucets. I conduct in-depth diagnostics and walk them through how these components operate, giving them a clearer understanding and a more confident experience when it comes to maintaining their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a career that began in 2004 delivering and installing appliances along the NC coast, I quickly moved into appliance repair and have since built a diverse background in home maintenance, appliance service, and security systems. From hands-on experience with major appliance manufacturers to in-depth training in residential and commercial security technologies, I’ve always found that the most valuable knowledge comes from real-world work and direct tech support in the field.
