FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers usually send me photos of the items they need hauled away and I respond with a quote. And we go from there.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was down on my luck and looking for ways to make money. I went to a local church for assistance and a the reverend there told me that I could use my pickup truck to make money hauling items for people or helping people that are in the process of moving. Long story short that's how I got into the trash removal business.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will their trash fit in an average size pickup truck bed? If so, about how many loads do they think they have?
