They came in, diagnosed the problem quickly (a leak in the stream), and repaired it. They also offered some additional service in terms of rearranging rocks and plants to beautify the watergarden.

excellent service. spent a lot of time on our project and we were totally satisfied with the results. Both servicemen were very helpful with advice on pond maintenance, Charge was very reasonable, even though the project took more time than anticipated. We are definitely recommending this company for anyone we know who has a backyard pond.

My water feature seemed to be leaking water and it definitely needed cleaning. I hired Thomas and Tom Tripp, a father and son run business to service my feature. They thoroughly cleaned the feature, inspected the rock boarder and adhesives and carefully checked the liner for holes. None were found.
Mr. Tripp made several helpful suggestions concerning the frequency at which I must add water to the feature. He noted that my edge vegetation was taking over the edge rocks despite my cutting it back several times a year and impeding the water flow. He also suggested that my pump might be a larger size than needed to circulate water for the volume and slope of my feature. After some short period of evaporation, this may possibly cause water to be pushed out of the pump well faster than it can flow down the four water falls in the feature. I have been monitoring this and suspect he may be correct.
I was very happy with the work, expertise and followup of Aquatic Gardens Custom Pond Designs & Installation. They have checked with me several times since their service to inquire how my feature was running. I will hire again.

Thomas did a great job deep cleaning the dirty fish pond that came with the house I purchased. I especially appreciated the time he took to teach me about pond care and maintenance. Now I know my own pond system inside and out and he gave me tips on improving it, which I was able to do myself. Very reasonably priced for the work and knowledge, 10/10!

Everybody's busy. This company was the only people who kept open communication with me and stayed honest about their busy schedule. When they got a break they came by to look at the work that needed to be done on my pond and waterfalls. They are the only company that responded to me and kept the communication open. When they came they sent me a message to let me know their time of arrival. The two men were very nice and I look forward to working with them. I felt very comfortable with them and because of that will be patient for them to start the work whenever they can.
