Recently, I contacted INNOVATIONS TREE SERVICE FENCE DECK-REPAIR to repair sections of my fence along with the gate due to previous weather conditions preventing me from contacting someone earlier. Jaime came out, assessed the damage, and planned an attack to resolve this issue within a day. One of my concerns was that the neighbor's dog was too close to the fence to complete the initial job. To prevent being sued due to dog attacks, I contacted the neighbor to remove the dog for the time being till the completion of the fence. He has seen that some of the fence has somewhat decayed but was still sturdy and some were warped he was able to place the section of the fence boards, stabilize the gate, and resolve other issues along the fenced area.

I used this company for both tree services and fence repair. Jaime was very kind and easy to work with. He explained his scope of work thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the process. The guys did a great job in the yard. I had an entire Crepe Myrtle removed, Olive shrubs trimmed, a Japanese Maple trimmed and limbs removed from a large tree in my backyard. The crew ground the stump and ALL debris was removed. I am very pleased with the results. In regards to the fence, my fence is at least twenty years old. I explained to Jaime that I could not afford a new fence . However, I needed to have my gates repaired ( they were no longer secure enough for my dogs) and there were many pickets that needed replacing. Jaime was able to work with me to do the repair work. He did excellent work and I am very pleased. And again, he continued to keep me informed throughout the job. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Jaime spent time with me to discuss the needs of the project and we came to an agreement. He finished fixing the fence, replacing the posts and using the existing sections. He is waiting until the support concrete has completely cured before removing the support bracing 2x4s. We've also contracted with him to replace our front porch railings which were in poor shape. Today (5/13) Jaime finished removing the support bracing, filling in the bracing holes and covering the concrete supports. He offered and proceeded to stain the replacement fence posts as part of the original cost. The work on both the fence and the front stoop railings was first-rate and he was careful to clean up after himself. My next door neighbor was also impressed with the work and asked me for Jaime's info so that he could get him to work on a project. I can highly recommend him to anyone needing work on fences or railings!
