- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing if very straightforward and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have clients calling and emailing us for assitance with voice or data networks. Often for help with phones its a free site visit to review the issues and requirements. For simple cable projects we usually complete them within 1-2 business days and get paid for our work daily. For projects we collect a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance when completed. New customers get onboarded onto our support and billing systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have almost 100 years experience combined within our organization. We have held most of the industry certificiations from BICSI, Cisco, Microsoft. We have held state level security licenses and are experts within the field of voice and data networks.
