We offer a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for listings and Buyer/Seller Consultation. Our rates are dependent upon the services and happy to discuss rates and services.

By actively listening and engaging in open communication, I aim to create a collaborative environment where we can pinpoint the key factors driving their decision-making. Whether it's finding a dream home, making a strategic investment, or achieving a successful property sale, understanding the client's motivations is fundamental to delivering a personalized and effective real estate experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed broker in North Carolina and a licensed real estate salesperson in South Carolina. I received my masters degree from Arizona State University and my bachelors degree from N.C. State University.
