Wilson and Michelle were super responsive to my request for faucet replacements. They scheduled quickly, helped me assess other options for my kitchen sink and fixed 2 other faucets in my home during their visit. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to address other needs while they were here. They talked to me about the process when I was curious about how to do the work. They cleaned up neatly, very efficient. I will call on them again when my next project comes up. Lesson learned… these projects don’t have to languish because I’m slow to get them done. WHI was responsive, professional, and made it really easy. I’ve got 2 new faucets and one repair in less than 2 days from contact to completion.

Wilson and his wife did a fantastic job installing new toilets in our three bathrooms and a kitchen faucet. They were very efficient, highly professional, and reasonably priced. They even hauled away the old toilets for a small fee. A few days later, we noticed a leak in the ceiling below one of the bathrooms and thought it was from the toilet. We reached out to Wilson late Saturday, and he and his wife came right away on Sunday. After checking, they found the leak was actually from the bathtub drain and fixed it for free! We’re so grateful to have found such an honest and hardworking team. We won’t hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Hiring Wilson’s Home Improvement was a top shelf experience. They made time for us on a Friday night and delivered a *quality* installation of a push button disposal in a porcelain sink (which wasn’t straightforward at all). I am so happy with our faucets being replaced. I tried to replace them myself, but could not get under the sink and remove the old faucets. They were professional. They were punctual, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them in the future.

We offer quality work for reasonable prices. We also provide discounts for any military, senior citizens, medical staff, police and teachers! Our discount is 7% off of labor. (material is not included) All material pricing will be provided once we can get a hands on look at the task. (All receipts will be provided to ensure accurate pricing for materials.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always discuss the details, time frame, materials and labor costs upfront and figure out exactly what they are looking for, and give them a detailed description of the work that we will perform and once satisfied and comfortable we proceed!

We have combined 56 years of experience in a local family owned and operated business, plumbing, decks, remodels, cabinets, flooring and much more. We take pride in our family owned business and customer service and satisfaction are our focus!
