It’s based of time and type of program your interested in doing .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has somewhat of experience in fitness or overall physical activities we do everyday. If they are new in weight training or just trying to loose some body fat pounds . What I always do is a complementary fitness and nutritional assessment so we can find out what we can change and improve from everyday activities and what your diet is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal / Master Trainer (NASM) National Academic Sports and Medicine Bachelors degree on Health and Wellness Master Degree on Psychology M.D Kinesiology
