I’ve been working with Jennifer on the packing of my home and now I’m asking for her back to help unpack everything. I can’t help but to ask because her organizing skills are awesome. The “no judgement” thing is real! She’s like a longtime friend who just knows me and how I want things packed. Life Simply Organized is well worth hiring to organize your move!

Adrienne sent Melody to help me organize. Melody arrived 11 minutes late. Melody was personable, and i was comfortable with her in my home. She was very helpful in organizing my office. She helped accomplish a lot in a short period of time. She put a small Lego in the trash pile. There was a plate stand missing. Melody told me she unpacked a box and double-checked. We were able to move onto the living room and dining room. I removed the packing paper from a box and found the plate stand. Melody moved expensive artwork around without asking. She also set a heavy bin on top of my laid out jewelry. Melody offered to take a very small pile of items I wanted to give away. Melody stayed for 3 hours. When I looked at the invoice I had been charged an additional hour. I let Adrienne know. She changed it to a fee for a carload of donations. I let Adrienne know that Melody didn't let me know I'd be charged the fee. Adrienne didn't respond twice. After I brought it up a third time, she refused to remove the charge.

Perspective is definitely different for everyone. When the invoice was sent to you, the pay item for donation removal was mistakenly entered as organzing. As soon as you reached out to ask about this, I caught the mistake immediately and made the change. I do respect my family time, so I refrain from answering Saturday night texts at 7:00 pm. The next day you reached out before I could get to your text and answer back, but that shouldn't be confused as ignoring you, again, it was a Sunday morning. I simply let you know that all of our fees are outlined in the contract you signed, including the $10 charge for donation removal. I'm not sure how that was a refusal to remove the charge, since you never messaged me back and instead wrote this review minutes later. You were quick to point out the $10 donation removal fee to me but not once did you mention the more serious concerns in your review 🤔 As all of our clients know, I am extremely understanding and accommodating if they have any real concerns and take the appropriate measures to make it right. I'm sorry your experience wasn't what all of our other clients feel and we wish you all the best in your organizing journey ✨️

Adrian did an amazing job organizing my closet!!! I’ve had so much anxiety over my closet being a mess for months (probably a year) and now I feel so relieved!!!!! Totally recommend to her to anyone!!!

Excellent experience! Quick response when my inquiry went out. From the time Ashley arrived, at exactly the minute she said she would, until she left the session at the exact time the session ended, she never stopped working! She didn’t sit down, she just kept working! Ashley had greet suggestions and was extremely helpful with my organizing project.
