- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee for most sessions are $45/hour/organizer with an $8 out-of-session planning fee per session. We are aware our prices are lower than most based on our Full Service offerings. We will always strive to have our services available to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a Consultation. This is where we discuss every detail of the project and the process. Then, our Sessions are where the work gets done. We come in and start right away, working quickly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Lead Organizer and Assistant goes through company training on top of the required organizing hours, before being sent on jobs.
