- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client at Lorrielle's involves several steps to ensure a smooth and personalized experience: Initial Contact: The client reaches out to us via phone, email, or our website to express interest in our services. Consultation Scheduling: We schedule a consultation session, which lasts for 2 hours and requires a $100 fee. This fee is essential to secure our services and serves as an initial investment towards the final cost of any services chosen. Consultation Session: During the consultation, we thoroughly discuss the client's event needs, preferences, and vision. We provide personalized recommendations and answer any questions the client(s) may have. Proposal and Service Agreement: Following the consultation, we provide the client with a detailed proposal outlining our recommended services, pricing, and terms. If the client decides to move forward, we finalize the service agreement. Service Implementation: Once the service agreement is signed and any necessary payments are made, we begin implementing the agreed-upon services. This may include menu planning, event coordination, and any additional services requested by the client. Event Execution: On the day of the event, our team arrives at the designated location to set up, prepare and serve the food, manage the event logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Follow-Up: After the event, we follow up with the client to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services. We are always available to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
