I recently hired Mr. Tony Douglas of “Royalty packing and moving company” for some work at my house on Sunday, January 5, 2025, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results ! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Tony arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary tools, and got right to work. The tasks I needed help with were diverse, including “55” inch TV mount & cover the TV wires in the wall, (2) Towel racks, toilet paper handle, Curtain Rails in the master bedroom and replaced the batteries in two of my smoke detectors. Tony handled everything with skills and efficiency. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, but he also took the time to explain what was being done and offered helpful advice for future maintenance. The attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident throughout. On top of that, Tony was friendly, professional, and left the workspace spotless when finished. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Royalty packing and moving company helped me with my move. Aside from the mishap on the scheduled arrival time, they were able to get the work completed without any further delay. They made sure to disassemble my items and reassemble them with care. Additionally, they helped to hang a mirror that I had over the fireplace which they weren’t expecting to do but was eager to assist. Thank you for the experience.
