I have used multiple movers in the 45 years I’ve lived in the Triangle. I was emptying out 2 Storage Units in Apex totaling 450 sq ft. There were multiple stops. The piano was being dropped off at my current home. A few items were being picked up. Most of the contents were going to a single storage unit in Fuquay-Varina. Some large appliances were going to my son’s garage to sell. The move took approx 9.5 hours. Everyone was exhausted by the end of the day. Good communication with the moving company before the move. All 3 movers showed up right on time. They were very professional and pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in creating a positive experience for me. Craig and the youngest guy (in his 20s) had an especially positive attitude even at the end of a very long day. The cost was very reasonable for the value. I would highly recommend them.

When I was looking for movers, I was distraught with how expensive moving out would be. I was very happy to find Branch Out Moving. They alleviated my concerns with the move. Branch Out Moving was amazing!! They arrived late because of an issue with a truck but they communicated throughout and promised they would get the move done and they did. They were professional, quick and did the job with quality. I have never ever had a move done that well. They did all the little things right. Laying down cardboard, ensuring that they protected the walls, and did the little things I asked. They were really really good! I will call you all again but not planning to move anytime soon. Thanks team

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local moves are billed by the hour and are priced based on your crew size. Crew sizes range from 2 men to 8. Long distance moves over 36 miles are billed by the pound. Every move has a travel fee that is based on what city you currently live in to the city you're moving to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- We send a general quote 2- Determine if an onsite estimate is required for your move- most can be priced just with us discussing the details (fitness equipment, appliances, and pianos as well as similar items have an additional handling fee) 3- We schedule your move and save the date in our books
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 23 years of experience in the moving industry. Every member of our staff attends the Utilities Commission training to learn the most updated policies and regulations.
