David and the team at 123 Renovate did an amazing job rebuilding my deck, and they did the whole thing in one day! I was very impressed with the communication and quality of work. David discussed 3 different options in great detail with me to figure out how best to fix the damaged wood boards on the old deck and what works best with our budget. They sent me proof of their insurance before any work started and dealt with all permitting. The deck will be stained soon, so the “after” pics don’t reflect the final color.

I hired 123 Renovate LLC for replacing my vinyl 4 foot fence with a 6 foot privacy fence. 123 Renovate LLC was able to add me to their calendar, schedule a estimate, discuss different options/warranties/etc with me, and get the old fence removed and new fence installed in less than a week. My new privacy fence looks amazing. We had issues with one of our dogs getting out often and haven’t had any issues since. I will definitely be hiring this company again for my deck repairs in the future as well as another other projects I can think of. 10/10 on professionalism, 10/10 on value, and 10/10 on finished product!

David and crew showed up when they said they would and completed my deck within the contract guidelines. David is an extremely nice guy that works very hard. His personal quality of work is very good. Some of the guys he has working for him, not so much and need to be highly supervised. Over all very satisfied with my deck. I have no hesitation in recommending David for a project and would hire again.

I needed a fence built in my backyard. David contacted me with in a few hours of posting the job. He came to the house the next day and gave me a great quote and told me he could get the fence built within the next few weeks. He did not lie. One week after meeting with him, David showed up with his guys and they built the fence in two days. I should note, it snowed all Friday night and yet David showed up Saturday to build. They worked for hours in the freezing cold and did an amazing job. I will be hiring David for any and all projects at my house.

We charge based on the project. We strive to be a family oriented business and be fair to everyone. We will work with anyone’s budget. We also do offer discounts to military and emergency personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 3 step solution 1. Give us a call and talk with us about your needs and schedule a free on site estimate. 2. Give us 3-5 business days to gather a price together and options for materials or colors. 3. Meet with us in person or over the phone and we go over the plan. After these steps you either accept the contract or you ask us to make any changes you need and we Renovate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in business management. 2 years of classes with wood working and construction. Worked with people who have been in the business for 25+ years.
