James came over to diagnose my dishwasher and then upon a repair quote, we decided it's faster to get a new dishwasher at this point. He was flexible in following me to the appliance store to pick out a new dishwasher and installed it the day of. Very easy to work with and very professional.

James was fantastic. Professional, and on time. What I really liked about contacting James was he was the one doing the service. I don’t love that my 2 year dishwasher stopped working but it took James 15 mins to figure out the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. 100% recommend him for any appliance need.

James did a great job replacing a fan and zeolite container on our Bosch dishwasher. It wasn’t an easy install, and he worked through a couple of complications professionally. I’d highly recommend him and his work.
