I was very pleased with the work performed by Mr. White. He arrived at my house before the appointment time, he was quick, courteous and informative. He explained everything to me while he was making the repair. He was also very friendly. I will be hiring him again for another job very soon.

James came over to diagnose my dishwasher and then upon a repair quote, we decided it's faster to get a new dishwasher at this point. He was flexible in following me to the appliance store to pick out a new dishwasher and installed it the day of. Very easy to work with and very professional.

James was fantastic. Professional, and on time. What I really liked about contacting James was he was the one doing the service. I don’t love that my 2 year dishwasher stopped working but it took James 15 mins to figure out the problem and 10 minutes to fix it. 100% recommend him for any appliance need.
